Fred Palazzo studied at The Stouffer Hotel Culinary
Arts Institute and became a certified chef in 1978. In
more than 25 years, Mr. Palazzo has catered to many
venues. He dazzled the Anderson Country Club as
Executive Chef for 8 years of his career. He has also
managed hotels and restaurants all across the Midwest, including Palazzo's Italian Deli in
Lafayette, Indiana.
Deciding that family and his quality of life were
becoming increasingly more important to him, Chef
Palazzo created Palazzo's Kitchen as a way to continue
feeding his passion for cooking and keep family (his and
yours) on the front burner, so to speak.
